Procedure for Registration:
- Fill out Registration Form
- (paper copy) Send completed Registration Form to Official Address below
- Once the completed Registration Form is received, prospective attendees will receive a Confirmation Notice
- Full payment will be required of attendees upon signing in at the venue on the day of the training event; fees will include a training kit, meals and refreshment
